Mobile Access Towers Training
Solas CSCS Fetac Mobile Access Towers training is required for mobile access tower users working in construction activities in the Republic of Ireland.
PASMA Tower Training is suitable for MEWP operators working in UK and NI.
We can also offer a Height for Hire Mobile Access Towers course for candidates who are based in the ROI and do not carry out construction activities.

Course Duration

I x Day FETAC CSCS Mobile Access Tower training course for candidates with experience.  (The training day is typically 8.30am to 4.30pm).
There is also a 2 Day FETAC FAS CSCS Mobile Access Tower course available for candidates without experience.

PASMA Towers for Users course is 1 day (typically 8.30am to 4.30pm).

Height for Hire Mobile Access Towers course is 1 day.

What is Mobile Access Tower training?

Mobile Access Towers training is aimed at personnel who will be responsible for assembling, dismantling, moving and inspecting mobile access towers when using 3T or Advance Guardrail (AGR) systems.

Location
This 1 or 2 Day Mobile Access towers course is available on-site on your premises anywhere in the Ireland subject to minimum numbers. A suitable room would be required for on-site theory section of the course, and a suitable area and towers are needed for the practical. Mobile Access Towers are required for the practical training, and must be in good and safe condition, with a suitable area for the practical training.

Mobile Access Towers courses can also be held at our Training Centres in Dublin, Cork, Belfast, Portlaoise and Limerick, subject to minimum numbers.

Certification
Successful delegates who complete the PASMA training will receive PASMA Towers for Users card valid for 5 years and PASMA Towers for Users Certificate of Training. Photographs for the operator card are taken on site and included in the above price.

Successful delegates who complete the Solas / FAS Fetac training will receive Fetac Mobile Access Towers certificate and Solas CSCS card valid for 5 years.

Successful delegates who complete the Height for Hire training will receive Height for Hire Mobile Access Towers certificate and card valid for 5 years.

PASMA Code of Practice;
Product Standards EN 1004:2004, assembling, altering and dismantling towers incorporating current best practice for fall protection,
Inspection of completed mobile access towers
Completion of Tower Inspection Records;

Trainee Requirements
Candidates must be at least 16 years of age.

PPE requirements
Trainees must have the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment with them (i.e. Helmet, Safety Boots, Gloves).

Course objectives
To provide delegates with the essential knowledge required assemble, dismantle, move, inspect and store mobile access towers (aluminium scaffold towers) efficiently and safely.
