Vehiclemounted Boom Course Duration
1 Day Trailermounted Boom MEWP Operator training course (typically 8.30am to 4.30pm).

Location
This 1 day training course is available daily from our Republic of Ireland training centres (Ashbourne, Limerick). On-site training on your premises is also available anywhere in Ireland subject to minimum numbers. A suitable room would be required for on-site training for the theory section of the course, and machines are needed for the practical. A copy of the current 6 monthly Certificate of Thorough Examination for each MEWP is required.

Vehiclemounted Boom Certification
Successful delegates will receive a Height for Hire Operator Card valid for 5 years and a Height for Hire Certificate of Training. Photographs for the operator card are taken on site and included in the above price.

Trainee Requirements
Candidates must be at least 16 years of age and be medically fit to operate machinery.

PPE Requirements
Trainees must have the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment with them i.e. Helmet, Safety Boots, Hi-Viz Vest, Harness & Lanyard.

This Vehiclemounted Boom MEWP Operator training course is suitable for anyone who operates articulating booms or telescopic booms which are mounted on trucks or vans.

Course Objectives
To provide delegates with the essential knowledge required to operate vanmounted or truckmounted articulating and telescopic booms efficiently and safely.

Presentation with slides, video, printed course material, demonstration, practical use.
