Trainees who do not have a current HFH/EUL credit account, must pay course fees before the first day of the training course.
In the case of account holders, certification for candidates attending training courses, will only be issued once the course fees have been paid in full as per the terms of their account, and payments have cleared.
Course fees are non-refundable and candidates who do not successfully complete a training course, will be charged the full course fees.
Standard course bookings which are postponed more than 14 days in advance of the course will be re-scheduled at no extra charge. Standard course bookings which are cancelled more than 14 days in advance will be part refunded to a max of 50%. Candidates who do not show up for training courses which have been booked, will be charged the full course fees.
Specialised and bespoke training courses will require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, in this instance postponement / rescheduling of the course may not be permitted due to operational reasons, in the case where the course cannot be postponed or is cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited.
Candidates must be suitably attired and bring their own PPE as required for the course.
Customers booking courses must ensure that trainees meet the minimum entry requirements for the training course prior to booking, ie minimum age, physical fitness, hold SafePass etc. Any candidate booked onto a course who does not meet the entry level requirements prescribed for the course, will not be allowed to attend the training, and course fees will still be charged in full
Candidates booking training in their own premises must ensure that the premises are to an acceptable standard for both indoor and outdoor sections of the training.
Customers providing their own equipment for training must ensure that the equipment is fit for purpose and have current certification as required by law.
